IDEA ® The Intellectual Property Law Review

Notice dated 8/3/05

IDEA is pleased to announce that effective as of Volume 46 our subtitle will change from "The Journal of Law and Technology" to "The Intellectual Property Law Review."

We believe our new subtitle will better reflect the editorial focus of the publication, but while our name has changed, our fundamental mission has not.

With our new name to guide us, IDEA will continue to be an outlet for high quality intellectual property practice and scholarship. As we build upon IDEA's rich heritage, we look forward to continuing the tradition of being the premier academically-based publisher of intellectual property research and analysis well into the future.
Submission Guidelines
We welcome authors in the legal, business, and scientific communities to submit their intellectual property related articles and commentaries for consideration.  Preferred topics of interest are domestic and international patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, and other related intellectual property issues.
