The Slavonic Languages (Routledge Language Family Descriptions) by Bernard Comrie, Greville G. Corbett (Editor). Hardcover (1993) Pricey at $160.00 but it contains the only respectable English language description of Czech grammar written by David Short. You get other Slavonic languages as well in the same book.
