What is gear ratio.
Gear ratio is ,how we work out the ratio between the amount of times the rear wheel revolves in relation to the distance the bike or vehicle actualy moves on the ground , this also relevent to the amount of revelutions the engine also revolves , once the overhall gear ratio is worked out we need to now calculate what we call the rolling ratio , this is now relevnt to the diameter to the rear wheel size ( overhall diameter ) once this is worked out we then should be able to calculate the maximum speed achived by the amount of revolution the engine is spinning at ,
