			Allow Faith Groups To Work, Offer Hope In Prisons By Tony Perkins The gavel of judicial activism has fallen once again in an attempt to drive faith from the public square. U.S. District Judge Robert Pratt has ruled that Prison Fellowship's InnerChange Freedom Initiative, a highly structured program within the Iowa prison system, is unconstitutional. FRC Reviews Legal Options After FDA's Plan B Decision

Washington, D.C. - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Barr Laboratory's application for over-the-counter status of the drug Plan B for women over the age of 18. In response, Family Research Council (FRC) President Tony Perkins released the following statement: "I am greatly troubled that the FDA has sacrificed women's health in the name of politics. Just days after Barr Laboratories admitted its inability to enforce dual-status sale of the drug, the FDA has gone beyond its rule-making authority by granting Barr's request.
