Biographies of Illini Chemists
Chemists from the University of Illinois have made significant
contributions to the study of chemistry and to society as a whole. The
purpose of this section is to document the lives of some of these chemists.

Nelson J. Leonard gave a talk, "Signal
to Noyes: The Voices I Still Hear", for the Noyes Laboratory
Centennial Celebration on September 13, 2002 where he describes some of
the history of significant chemists who have worked in Noyes Lab.
