Tagish (Yukon), Translation: "fish trap" or name of native people who lived there, Former Name: Tako/Tahko Lake


Located 28 kilometres from Carcross, Tagish uses many of the services provided in Carcross. The community is on the east side of the Six Mile river which joins Tagish and Marsh Lakes.
