April 2005 Catalyst

The year 2005 marks an important milestone for crime victims, survivors, and those who serve them. Twenty-five years ago, President Ronald Reagan declared the first National Crime Victims' Rights Week and, soon afterward he issued an Executive Order that established the President's Task Force on Victims of Crime. This year's Crime Victims' Week is April 10-16, 2005.
