ACHAP assisted the House of Hope, a local Botswana NGO based in Palapye, in building an orphan daycare center which can accommodate 200 orphans aged two to five years. The previous facilities could only accommodate 50 children. The center offers a place where orphaned children can receive meals, spiritual and psychological support, clothes, and education. The new building was completed and handed over to the House of Hope in September 2003.
