Barbra Streisand's box-office busting North American tour will be chronicled on an as-yet-untitled double-disc live album, due Dec. 5 via Columbia. The set was recorded during the tour's Oct. 4 opening night at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center and at New York's famed Madison Square Garden.

British rock act the Kaiser Chiefs have just finished recording their sophomore album, due for release early next year. The quintet spent the last six weeks in Oxfordshire's legendary recording facility Hook End Studios laying down 22 tracks it hopes to whittle down to 13 or 14 for the final effort.
