We would now like to focus on your first contact with us. And here it is important to bear in mind that those programs being manifested by our Earth allies are drawing ever closer to their inevitable victories. To achieve first contact with you, we set up a number of possible scenarios, with the ultimate focus on your transformation into full consciousness. It is also important for you to finally learn the full extent of the myriad actions carried out in order to restore your true freedom. To begin, there are the programs that you know about: our Galactic Federation medical teams, our many immersion programs, and our broad liaison and diplomatic missions. These are intended, respectively, to assist your Angelic guardians with your ongoing physical and spiritual changes; to discover the true nature of your many local, regional, and national societies; and to set up discussions on an ongoing basis with influential and formal elements of your global society.These initiatives are supported by many other projects that we were not ready to reveal to you until now. In order to alter the direction of a society that is headed toward a state of global tyranny, it is often necessary to station personnel strategically in places where they can view at first hand what is truly occurring. To assist in this intelligence gathering, we established a 'global communication watch' which intercepts and analyzes the data from every communications network on your world. A number of specific individuals are also under constant surveillance by our intelligence units. These surveillance projects prevent many "incidents" from occurring that would have been damaging to the success of our first contact. The Main First Contact Board, the governing body in these matters, has set up detailed guidelines for us on how to proceed on this mission. They specify that we are to aid only those individuals or forces that seek your freedom and to deter those that do not.
Our many surveillance teams are carefully 'layered' into the very fabric of your global society. Their purpose is to learn how your society is changing and to ascertain how to accelerate these positive changes. Their growing knowledge, their frequent feedback, and well-informed 'tips' have been most helpful to us. Their contribution has allowed us to formulate a number of successful strategies based on your Ascended Masters' initial suggestions to monitor your world and gather information. We have now built up an enormous dossier on your world. This data bank, while initially discouraging, later demonstrated the efficacy of your Ascended Masters' plan for Mother Earth and her peoples. This plan detailed the small changes that, cumulatively, are building your new reality. Even the darkest of moves by your last cabal has led to positive counteractions that moved your world forward toward its lofty goal. This process is amazing to watch on the many different levels that we presently have access to. This is why we know that you are destined to succeed and that this success is actually very close to happening.
This program has put us into indirect contact with most of you. Our operatives have assumed the roles of students, workers, teachers, administrators, leaders, soldiers, and citizens of most of the nations around your world. We have learned much about your hopes, fears, needs, and desires. We have discovered the complexity of what you call the "human condition". We have learned at first hand how you perceive this reality and what it is that you truly wish to become as a people. This is wonderfully positive and proves that, despite your many negative experiences, you remain able to envision a better world. It is this inner belief, upon which the Ascended Masters have based their most wise strategies that will help you to succeed. Your success is also guaranteed by the coming together of a number of powerful coalitions which, despite being motivated by self-interest, are fated in the end to free you from the tyranny of your last dark cabal.
This process of change is emerging out of chaos and is driven by your desire for freedom. This apparent 'chaos', contrary to appearances, is regulated by a series of natural conditions that are created by the divine plan and manifested according to divine right time. But what does this truly mean? It means that even the darkest of times cannot last; the tyrant's power is divinely fated to be taken away. It means that the grand objectives that he forges are destined to fail. And this is what is now underway on your world. Our objective is to accelerate these natural momentums and to ensure that they occur at the earliest possible date. So far, our new strategies are succeeding. Our ambassadorial and liaison teams have produced a number of agreements that are creating more powerful and better-positioned coalitions for our Earth allies. These coalitions now have improved interrelationships and hold promise for a more speedy attainment of their objectives than was originally envisioned.
These operations are producing a welcome side benefit. We have now completed a full genetic- and blood-typing of your global population. These studies mirror those carried out decades ago by scientists assigned to your secret governments by former members of the Anchara Alliance's Draconian Empire. Those results, as well as our own, confirm your extraterrestrial origins and the genetic manipulations perpetrated upon you over 13 millennia ago by the Anunnaki. Even these unfortunate 'experiments' were unable to prevent the genetic and physical transformations that are changing you back into your former selves. You are, as a result, becoming more open to contact with your spiritual and space families, and you are more inclined to view us in a beneficial light. These factors have helped to move forward the time of our grand celebration of each other.
To us, first contact has meant a huge, continuous commitment of supplies, ships, and skilled personnel. However, this is only part of the story; it has also involved us in an extensive learning process which has had many peripheral benefits. As we mentioned in past messages, this mission has helped us to comprehend the culture of the former Anchara Alliance. These new Galactic Federation members have helped us by showing the way that your societies were designed to be controlled by the wealthy, the powerful, and the chosen few. This dark philosophy of competition and manipulation instilled in you a very limited self-image. And societies founded on the concepts of freedom, self-empowerment, and personal sovereignty now need to be created. This is one of the avenues we have been exploring with our Earth allies.
As you can see, we have inquired deeply into your global societies and you. These studies have shown us why your Ascended Masters asked us decades ago to intervene in your affairs. This led to the formation of this first contact mission nearly one and a half decades ago, and we consequently embarked upon a mission unlike any previously undertaken. Now we are at last approaching the moment when these studies can cease and the actual first contact can commence. We look forward, finally, to the order to land our ships en masse on your beautiful shores. This is when the cooperative effort to change your reality can be carried out on a grand scale.
