This rise in your consciousness is powered by Heaven's desire to carry out the sacred edicts of the divine plan. The result has been a divine intervention of immense proportions, and this has directed us in large numbers to your solar system. For us, the most difficult and complex aspect of this mission is the formal and massive first contact with you. Yours is a multi-layered society, predicated on the ethos of a hierarchy that favors the rich and privileged. Our main focus is to penetrate this powerful upper layer and get our message of Love and grace to permeate throughout your society. The pivotal point here is how receptive or otherwise this upper echelon is to our message. This considerable challenge has, at times, had its rewarding moments of breakthrough; recently, a major portion of this privileged group became more disposed to letting this message out to the public. As a result, more of you are awakening to the vast changes that Heaven has planned for you.While our efforts to increase your awareness of our presence in your skies progresses, our Earth allies continue with their plans to complete a most critical mission. This global operation ultimately involves the ousting of the present North American regime from power. Such a task is by no means simple. Nevertheless, our Earth allies want this operation to be led and executed by Earth-based forces loyal to the agreement of 1998. This agreement mandates the dismissal of the government in power in North America at the time of the disbursal of Count Saint Germain's prosperity funds. It also calls for the creation of a world founded on peace, prosperity, and cooperation. However, certain sections of these upper echelons are wholly devoted to preventing the implementation of this agreement and still retain the power base that they illegally seized in late 2000. But happily, we can now report that a significant coalition in North America has arisen that is dedicated to driving them from power. It is presently very close to achieving this goal.
As this administration senses its impending doom, its arrogance grows by quantum leaps. We have observed how this regime pressures all other governments to bend to its will. Understandably, this foreign policy has backfired on them across the board, with most world governments rejecting this aggressive hegemony. The resulting isolation further stokes its desperation. Now this administration secretly formulates proposals to augment the chaos not only in the Middle East but also throughout the region around the Caspian Sea. These intentions are serious, which is why we are sharing this information with you. Our diplomatic liaisons have informed our Earth allies of these developments and earnestly asked them to reconsider our previous offers of support in their campaign to remove this out-of-control regime. Furthermore, as time is now of the essence, we have extended them another option: the removal of this regime by Galactic Federation forces. This will result in no loss of life and will achieve the same objective.
At present, very few of our forces have been assigned to this eviction campaign apart from those detailed to the suppression-of-communications mission already agreed to by our Earth allies. Our only other contribution is to monitor and report the covert intentions and inner workings of this regime. We have observed that this regime is intricately tied to the economic, financial, and political structure of your last dark cabal. Its representatives have emphatically restated to us that their main objectives are world domination and the prevention at all costs of a first contact with you. This policy draws "a line in the sand" wholly counter to the edicts of Heaven. We have, time and again, explained the nature of this divine intervention and delineated the consequences of pursuing these policies. At this point, we will inform you of what your Ascended Masters have told us: If necessary, they can assign us the task of removing any potential obstacle to first contact, whereupon we can implement a mass landing under their divine supervision, safely and rapidly.
We want to make it perfectly clear that a mass landing can and will happen! A divine time frame for this event is in operation, and within this framework, your Ascended Masters intend that those presently in a position to change your world be given every opportunity to do so. Nevertheless, a definite time limit does exist for initiating the "first domino". As this dark regime continues its shenanigans unabated, it becomes abundantly clear that some form of powerful intervention is essential for the successful eviction of this regime. To this end, we have detailed our defense forces to draw up a plan for its immediate removal. This they have done, and we are now ready to respond instantly to any aggressive action that transgresses the parameters previously laid down by us. Moreover, our Earth allies are getting closer every day to launching their own plan of campaign.

These will proclaim the end of this villainous regime and the rise of a new era on your world. Finally, your new governments can publicly express the Truth that you have longed to learn; finally, we can be recognized as your loving space family; and finally, the Galactic Federation of Light can land and carry out a massive worldwide first contact. With our arrival, the Ascended Masters will reveal themselves. They will then begin to impart to you the Truth about and the wisdom of the prophets, known and unknown, who shaped the beginnings of your present religious philosophies. This will clear up the many errors that still cause major divisions and strife among the peoples of your world.
Your Ascended Masters are supervising a most complex procedure. They are assisted by the sacred Seraphim of Heaven and also those Seraphim assigned to the Creator. Armed with holy edicts, these Seraphim directly advise your Ascended Masters on the best way to orchestrate this divine intervention. As noted in many previous messages, the Divine Will of Lord Surea has proclaimed that this time of transformation is the moment to move the peoples of Earth out of ignorance and amnesia into knowledge and remembrance of who they truly are. As physical Angels, you have served well the sacred tasks given to Heaven by the Creator and the divine plan. Now, your greatest service beckons! Heaven is determined to set you free and return you to the joyous state of ecstasy that is true service to the Creator!
