Ganache Ingredients: 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream Method: Place the heavy cream in a sauce pan and bring to a full simmer. Place chocolate chips in mixing bowl, pour hot heavy cream over chips (all at once) and briskly stir with a wire whip until incorporated. NOTE: The ganache must be used while it is still slightly warm. |
