Eve's Pudding

Ingredients:

1 bunch rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
splash of water
as needed cookie dough

Method:

1 bunch rhubarb cut into small pieces. Place rhubarb, water, and sugar in a pot and cook on medium beat until soft. Drain water from pot, and let cook. Place cooked rhubarb in a dish and cover with cookie dough. Bake for 50 minutes in 275º degree oven.
