'QUILTS BY ETHEL WHITE'

Tailor covers self in quilts

Photo/Rick WoodEthel White has been a tailor for most of her life and had a shop, called Ethel Mondays. Inspired by the women of Gee's Bend, Ethel White created African-centric works that are being featured in "The Village Connection: Quilts by Ethel White" at Cedarburg's Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fabric Arts.
