Knowledgebase

Welcome to the home of TWikIWeThey.Know, a knowledgebase used to find useful information for general technical issues. Examples would include tricks and tips for performing various computer functions, business procedures, useful tools, or similar issues. It has the following functions:

  1. Submit Data to the Knowledge Base: Enter data that could be useful for other support staff.
  2. Search the Knowledge Base: Search for a solution of a problem a customer has.
  3. Email Notification: Subscribe in WebNotify to get notified by email whenever the knowledge base gets updated.

This is a Wiki -- a web-based collaboration tool, web authoring tool, document management tool and knowledge base tool. You can edit (almost) any TWiki page.

This Wiki is based on the TWiki engine. While an initiative of the Tech team, it's open for use documentation of systems, resources, procedures, and other information used by all FTI teams.

Following are some suggested starting points. If are new to TWiki and/or you don't already have a TWiki account, the best place to begin might be the TWikiTutorial, and Registration Page.
