Facing a Dearth of Good News, Neil Cavuto Turns to Sex to Drug His Audience

Reported by Melanie - December 19, 2006 -

At the end of yesterday's (December 18, 2006) show, Neil Cavuto, Fox's senior "business news" anchor and the managing editor of business news for the Fox News Channel, touted today's show. News about the deficit? No. Corporate earnings? No. Trade with China, India or Vietnam? No!

Holly Madison, Hugh Hefner's "significant other" will be on to share "her gift ideas." Cavuto will look at and show Madison "from all angles [like he did during the promo], so take out your notepad and pencil" for some "gift ideas maybe you were thinking about but just didn't share with anyone," during a "very special" Your World.

Let's see. Mary Carey was on last week as was a "stacked" fake nurse who waits tables at the "Heart Attack Grill" in Tempe, Arizona. Yesterday Miss USA strutted her stuff across Cavuto's screen and Hef's main squeeze will be on today.

It's been a while since I documented how Cavuto turns shots of nearly-naked women into "news." Maybe I should do that again in the New Year. Given the dismal news coming out of the Bush administration and the lack of positive Republican subject matter, it looks like Cavuto is reverting to soft porn again to drug his audience.
