Commander Bainimarama Sworn In as Interim PM

Commodore Frank Bainimarama
President Ratu Josefa Iloilo has appointed Army Commander Commodore Frank Bainimarama as Fiji's new Interim Prime Minister today.

The official ceremony took place at 11:10 this morning at Government House, beginning with a devotion before Commodore Bainimarama took his oath.

Commodore Bainimarama then delivered his first national address at QEB.
