Eastman to Appear on CNN's Lou Dobbs Tonight and Fox News's Big Story Weekend

Dr. John Eastman, Director of the Claremont Institute's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, will discuss his recent congressional testimony on birthright citizenship on CNN's Lou Dobbs Tonight program, which airs today (Friday, Nov. 4) at 6:00 p.m. Eastern, 3:00 p.m. Pacific time, and re-airs on the West Coast at 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

He will also appear on Fox News's Big Story Weekend program Sunday evening at 10:00 p.m. Eastern, 7:00 p.m. Pacific, to discuss the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' recent decision holding that parents have no constitutional right to object when a school district gives their first-grade children a sex survey without their consent.
