In response to strong user input, we rebuilt TestBuilder on top of SystemC, submitted it to the Open SystemC Initiative, and they approved it! It is called the SystemC Verification Library, or SCV. This represents the next generation in testbench tools. It combines the power of the SystemC modeling language and the TestBuilder verification language to create a radically new way to build and verify designs. The SystemC Verification Library is available on testbuilder.net and on systemc.org.
