Q & A
Question:I have searched for a copy of the South Carolina Constitution with all of the articles listed. Someone read parts of Article 36 (I think) on a talk show in the upstate this morning which supports the acknowledging God in our state law. I can't find an Article 36. Can you direct me to a site where I can find that information? Is there an Article 36 or do you know where this information can be found? I was surprised and unnerved by what is going in Great Falls, S.C.
For the answers click on Q&A.;

Send a First Amendment question to the site editor at his e-mail address: levendos@trib.com. He will select one question each week. The week's question will either be answered by the site editor or a scholar who is a First Amendment expert.
