Who is NYREIA?

Our mission is to bring professional real estate investors and people who desire to learn how to become a professional real estate investor, on any level, together with industry professionals and gurus who yearn to network and assist these investors in reaching their goals.

Through the use of the resources that our Business Associates provide coupled together with the educational tools that NYREIA provides on an ongoing basis, our goal is to motivate and empower individuals to use real estate as the ultimate wealth building tool that it is, to acheive financial independence.

Whether you're a new investor looking to get started in this exciting industry or a seasoned investor, we can help you in reaching your goals. NYREIA is a member of the National Real Estate Investors Association, the Better Business Bureau, the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce and the New York Coalition Of REIAs.

What does NYREIA do?

NYREIA brings real estate investors together within one organization. Our membership includes full & part time real estate investors, real estate brokers & agents, attorneys, accountants, property managers, rehab professionals, appraisers, bankers, private lenders and anyone who wants to start an investing career. Many are looking for information and support but lack the contacts and knowledge to begin. The business contacts made through NYREIA offer newcomers a welcome support to their newly chosen endeavor. Seasoned investors also use these business contacts as an opportunity to refresh their list of contractors, suppliers and contacts.

When does NYREIA meet?

Our monthly events are the heart and soul of the organization, and take place on the third Tuesday of each month. We refer to these as events rather than meetings because we seek to be more than a group of people with a specific interest who hold a "monthly meeting". Our goal each and every month is to have everyone that attends leave there having been educated, entertained, re-energized and motivated, wanting to go out and hit the streets to do a deal and tell the world about our organization. The program for the monthly event begins with the opportunity to meet and greet with your fellow Investors and our Business Associates. These Business Associates host tables during our "mini trade show" segment. With ample time for networking we encourage everyone to come out early and connect with our Business Associates to form your team and learn from these experts, whom we refer to as trusted sources. A typical program includes our "Deal Makers" Segment, a preliminary speaker, NYREIA announcements and a Business Associate spotlight. At approximately 7:30 you will have the opportunity to see a presentation put on by either a local personality or a national celebrity speaker on specific topics as they relate to the real estate industry and using real estate as a wealth building tool. There is no other organization in New York State that brings individuals and organizations interested in investing in real estate together with the business community that supports them every month! Where does NYREIA hold their monthly events?

Our monthly events are held the third Tuesday of every month on the campus of one of New York State's premier junior colleges, Hudson Valley Community College in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center.

The main lobby areas outside the auditorium offer a convenient check in and reception area with a huge big screen and Bose sound system. Prior to entering the auditorium, you will have the opportunity to visit with our trusted source Business Associates, as many choose to host tables in a "mini trade show" environment each month.

The Bulmer Telecommunications Center offers a state-of-the-art 214-person auditorium. Plush stadium seating with pop up desks, a huge theater sized screen, stage, superior sound system, built in power point projection capabilities permit the Bulmer to provide you with an evening you won't soon forget.
