It has the skull, neck and ribs of a land animal, and the fins and scales of a fish. Elders in Nunavut have named it Tiktaalik, or large shallow water fish. It's a fossil that scientists believe illustrates the link between fish and land animals, and you can hear more about it on The North This Week.
