Why it Failed
SNK’s NeoGeo Pocket was another of the almost successful failures, thanks to its Asia support. In North America, however, the system was pretty unknown. The main problem with the NeoGeo Pocket was the lack of third party support due to the company’s strict policies and lack of communication. The NeoGeo pocket's fate was sealed when SNK closed its doors.

Little Known Facts
You can program your birthday into the NeoGeo pocket and get free, customized horoscopes.

Notable Titles
Metal Slug: 1st Mission
Fatal Fury: First Contact
