February 14, 2007 -- JUDITH Regan's debacle over the O.J. Simpson book/TV special is getting the "Law & Order" treatment - with a macabre twist. Executive producer Dick Wolf has plotted a story in which a brash female publisher is found murdered after she backs out of a deal to release a tell-all book by a hot-tempered baseball great who was notoriously acquitted of murdering his wife. Bobby Cannavale, seen last year as Robin Williams' ex-lover in "The Night Listener," plays the athlete.
