BrightSide creates High Dynamic Range products and technology for the Digital Imaging Pipeline. BrightSide’s technology is available for evaluation and licensing. The company’s approach to licensing applies a five phase program that allows potential customers to evaluate the technology and to determine specific benefits in their intended applications before committing to a licensing agreement.
BrightSide Commercial Licensing Framework
The following outlines BrightSide’s framework for engaging with customers for the purpose of evaluating our proprietary technology and developing products based upon BrightSide’s intellectual property. It is broken down into logical phases of increasing commitment with the aim of making it easy to start a relationship, while at the same time providing a roadmap that will allow customers to clearly understand expectations and deliverables on both sides of the relationship.
In licensing our technology we plan to provide the support required to permit the smooth introduction of products by our customers.
