Today we have 5.) Alexander Denk, who had worked as a bodyguard for Anna, telling ‘Extra‘ that he had an affair with the former Playboy Playmate, and that it’s possible HE is the father.

Anna Nicole’s Last Footage With Dannielynn

ET has Anna Nicole Smith’s last tender moments with Dannielynn — and the latest on the controversy surrounding her paternity battle.

Tonight, ET has the exclusive final footage of ANNA NICOLE SMITH with her baby DANNIELYNN HOPE caught on tape!

In the home movies, filmed exclusively by ET’s cameras just days before Anna Nicole’s untimely death, the 39-year-old mother lovingly dresses her daughter in a pink outfit.

“She’s got my personality,” says Anna Nicole, unaware of what fate will bring just days later. “She’s so tall. She’s got really long fingers like mine and she’s real dainty. … She rolls over; she’s very strong. She holds her head up. She can say a couple words — she says, ‘Ma-ma.’ She’s tryin’ to grow up faster than she is, and she gets aggravated ’cause she can’t.”

Sadly, now that Anna Nicole is gone, a major baby battle is brewing. Little Dannielynn’s innocent existence has become a lightning rod of controversy, with several parties attempting to lay claim to her — and the potential windfall she could stand to inherit. Paternity and the child custody decision could determine what happens to that inheritance.

ET’s Mark Steines was with Howard K. Stern when he reunited with Dannielynn Hope in the Bahamas. I feel sorry for Howard, I do believe that he really loved Anna… I’m sorry for his loss.

Mark said he had planned to see Howard and Anna Nicole Smith in 2 weeks for their official wedding. Howard is in the Bahamas to “protect” Dani and keep her away from Anna’s mother, Vergie Arthur. Vergie is there to see if she can bring Dani back home with her to Texas. Anna has said in the past that she wishes to never see her mother again.

Mark said, “Howard, in tears, at times unable to speak, shares with me that his daughter is the light helping him go on. As the plane lifts above the clouds, Howard thinks of those his precious Anna Nicole left behind. In a voice barely heard above the din of the jet engines he tells me, ‘I want her friends to pray that Anna Nicole is safe, happy and with Daniel.’ After the plane touches down in the Bahamas, watching Howard hold Dannielynn for the first time since her mother’s death is heart wrenching. With tears rolling down his face he reveals the depth of his pain: ‘I wouldn’t be here now, but I had to get back to Dannielynn. I held her in my arms and couldn’t believe her mom is gone. I know Anna loved her more than anything in the world.’”

ET has been with Anna and Howard through all the scandals even showing her c-section on National TV. Howard has invited the entertainment show into his home and ET will air interviews with him all week. I wonder how much they had to pay for that?

Big shocker here. High-as-a-kite Howard is the Executor of Anna’s Will.

ET is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith did, in fact, have a will. According to the show, it was written before the death of her son Daniel and the birth of daughter Dannielynn — and names Howard K. Stern as the executor. The document reportedly named Daniel as her sole heir, but now that she had a daughter, Dannielynn is, as of now, Anna’s closest next of kin.

A family law expert said the disposition will get sticky depending on what happens with the paternity suit and whether or not Anna and Howard’s Bahamian commitment ceremony is deemed legally binding by a probate court. One complex issue is that Howard cannot legally be the executor and a beneficiary of the will.

Anna’s complicated legal woes have followed her to the morgue.

‘Girls Gone Wild’ Founder Fined $500,000

The multimillionaire founder of the saucy “Girls Gone Wild” video series was fined $500,000 Monday for violating rules designed to prevent exploitation of minors.

Joe Francis, 33, also was ordered by a federal judge to perform 200 hours of community service, and was placed on two years’ probation as part of a plea agreement he reached with the Justice Department last September.

In pleading guilty to the two felony counts, Francis admitted he knowingly included footage of two females in his “Ultimate Spring Break” video series without having legible documentation of their ages, as required by law.

Prosecutors say the 2002 footage in question showed two under-age girls, both 17 years old, engaging in sexually explicit acts. The popular “Girls Gone Wild” videos, advertised heavily on late-night television, depict young women getting naked and often performing sex acts on each other at spring break and other events.

During Monday’s sentencing hearing, Francis’ lawyer, Aaron Dyer, described his client as a “quality individual” who was not involved in the actual filming and had admitted only that he had failed to keep proper records.

But Justice Department prosecutor Brent Ward told the judge that Francis created a culture in his company where women were plied with alcohol and taken to hotel rooms to be filmed “with little or no regard for their age, and without any regard for record-keeping” requirements.

The plea deal settled a similar case brought in Florida, where some of the videos were filmed, against Francis’s California-based company, Mantra Films Inc.

In Florida last month, Mantra was fined $1.6 million, and Francis was ordered with other company employees to perform community service. He is appealing that part of the sentence.

Outside the courthouse on Monday, Francis said he was singled out for prosecution because of the high-profile nature of his “Girls Gone Wild” videos and because the “government needs to make an example.”

Jennifer Aniston has decided to adopt an “American Baby”. Oooh… good one Jen!

A source tells Britain’s Grazia magazine:

“Jen has thrown herself into adopting and wants it to happen straight away. She toyed with the idea while she was with Vince but began looking in December after they split. She turned to friends for advice, including Oprah Winfrey, who advised her to adopt an African child, but she has settled on an American baby.”

Kevin’s Federline’s Threat - $50 Million or the Babies!

The only way Britney Spears can guarantee that she’ll keep custody of her sons, Sean Preston (Tater Tot), 16 months, and Jayden James (the Mystery Baby), 4 months, is to give in to Kevin Federline’s settlement demands.

Brit’s estranged hubby turned down a $10 million offer in December and is now asking for an astonishing $50 million — about one third of Brit’s net worth — to give up full custody of the kids.

“She’s been crying practically nonstop,” says a friend of Brit’s.

Kevin Federline has got to be the biggest loser I’ve ever seen! All this proves, what we’ve expected all along, is that he was only in the relationship for the money!
