Before I give you the extra’s version, I’ll do these two. The Prom report will help a lot with the blog version, and I figured, I might as well do #25 as well, since that’s interesting.

#24: Prom

We rent out the Budoukan for the whole day for the filming. You don’t hear this everyday, do you?
And thanks to the 12000 extras, we were able to film a scene so fabulous I bet you’ve never seen anything like it on TV drama before. [ yeah, there’s something wrong with that sentence, isn’t there? ]
After every cut, there was a round of applause.
Because everyone kept their manners, everything went smoothly. All the cast and crew were proud, saying, “I’m so happy I get to work on a show that have fans like these.”

1. Before the Budoukan door opens. Everyone came when they were suppose to, so we were able to start filming right on schedule.
2. A set filled with 12000 extra is certainly a masterpiece!!
3. Before the filming, Tsukushi & F4 each gave a short speech.
4. When Oguri-kun came out in all-white, he got a cheer close to a cry (lol).
5. Naturally Soujirou was popular too. He seemed a bit happy, getting all the squeals. (lol)
6. Abe-kun covered his ears at the unexpected loudness of the cheers.

#25: Village

Aside being windy, it was a really nice, warm day. Normally for any winter filming location by the waters, the actors would have had to wear jackets to keep warm, but on this day, Tsukushi’s mom and dad were even sun-bathing. Because Tomiura-kun (Susumu)’s high school entrance exam was near, Ishino-san (Susumu’s mom) were testing him. [ I think it’s his high school test, because he’s only 15… ] Kobayashi-san (Susumu’s dad) was nearby, watching them. These three looked just like a family, an atmosphere you could only produce if you had been working together since seaon 1. Then Matsumoto-kun came up to them and said “sorry to bother you in the middle of your studying”. It seems he was hungry, and he ate food that was prepared for the filming. Then Mao-chan came along and, while saying “You pig!”, started eating herself. Is this the future Makino family…?!

*Note: When she says “you pig!” she doesn’t mean it insultingly. I mean, I’m trying to find a word for “kuishinbou”… meh. It’s like how you call someone “pig” without the bad connotations. They’re always hungry, but they aren’t fat.

When they were shooting the scene where Doumyouji and Susumu falls together, Matsumoto-kun kept worrying about Tomiura-kun, asking him “Are you okay? Does it hurt?” [ aww how nice ]
They finished filming without any injuries…
Then, in the next scene, where Doumyouji lies unconscious, he’s suppose to be expressionless but seemed very comfortable, taking advantage of the situation to enjoy the sunshine.

1. This dog won’t move no matter what happened. The crew’s reaction? You’re the best! If you have it recorded, please watch it again, paying attention to him (lol).
2. According to those two, this is how Makino Haruo and Chieko will look when they grow old (lol).
3. A family of three helping their son study. What nice mom and dad they are!
4. Regardless of the mattress, it’s still scary to throw yourself off the cliff, isn’t it?
5. Outside Makino’s house. A picture of Doumyouji standing in front of it almost seemed like it was photoshopped. (lol)
