Workshop Services

Workshop Services

All of Engenica's activities are supported by functional repair, overhaul and maintenance facilities that have been established at our key locations. Equipped with the latest plant and machinery, these workshops are capable of evaluating, refurbishing, re-engineering and testing a wide range of mechanical, electrical and process control equipment.

Benefits

Having 24-hour access to our own workshops allows us to reduce the cost of equipment overhaul whilst ensuring that we can rapidly provide solutions to problems that are too large or complex to solve on site.

Capabilities

Specific capabilities include lathe turning (up to 1.75 metres in diameter and 6m in length), milling, cylindrical grinding, slotting, broaching, welding, fabricating, plasma arc cutting, metal spraying, engraving and shot blasting.

In addition, our overhead cranes have a 3.5 tonne lifting capacity and we have the ability to perform thorough in-situ testing of all types of pump.

Engenica is also a licensed provider of ARC, an innovative epoxy-ceramic composite material. Once applied to moving parts that can be damaged by abrasion, corrosion or erosion (such as pump impellers), ARC provides a durable, tough and smooth protective layer that can boost the lifetime and efficiency of equipment.
