Tsukasa: Why did you call me out so early?
Tsukasa: I have nothing to do with this Doumyouji family anymore.
Kaede: I will leave the entire Doumyouji Corporation in your hands.
Tsukasa: Huh?
Kaede: I will name you the successor.
Tsukasa: Fuck you!
Tsukasa: But… if you really want me to be the successor…
Tsukasa: I have one condition.
Tsukasa: Make Nishida my secretary.
Tsukasa: I’m not some stupid CEO who’ll keep a wise secretary unemployed.
Tsubaki: Tsukasa!
Tsukasa: Sis!!
Tsubaki: I just heard! I’m so happy for you!!
Tsukasa: Yeah, thanks.
Tsukasa: So, I need your help.
Tsubaki: What?
Tsukasa: I want to go to New York right now.
Tsubaki: What are you going to go there for?
Tsukasa: To talk with Ookawahara Corporation again.
Tsukasa: The marriage talk failed, but I want to talk to them as business leaders.
Tsubaki: I see.
Tsukasa: Because Makino’s blaming herself for the failed merger.
Tsubaki: So you’re hoping if you can get another merger talk with them, Tsukushi-chan will feel a little better?
Tsukasa: Yeah. I want to be back in time for her graduation. That’s why I want to leave right now.
Tsubaki: Okay! I’ll do anything I can for the two of you!!
Tsukasa: Thanks.
Tsubaki: You’ve gotten so mature.
Tsukasa: I suppose.
Makino: And so Doumyouji left for New York.
Makino: And tomorrow, I will graduate.
Dad: Tsukushi! You’ve got a package from Doumyouji-san!
Susumu: What is it?
Everyone: Woah!!
Mom: What a gorgeous dress!!
Tsukushi: I’m not good enough for it…
Mom: What are you saying?
Susumu & Dad: J-J-Jackpot!! We’re going to be rich!
Mom: Everyone in the whole country wishes they can be at the Eitoku’s prom.
Mom: It was my dream to see you dance at Eitoku in front of the public!
Mom: Of course, you’ll be dancing with Doumyouji-san, won’t you?

Tsukushi: What are you doing, Dad?
Dad: Sorry, I haven’t driven in a while.
Tsukushi: Come on, let’s all push.
Everyone: Push!
Susumu: It’s no use, Dad. It won’t budge.
Umi: Come on, one more time. Push!
Tsukushi: Umi-chan…
Tsukushi: All right.
Umi & Tsukushi: Push!!
They look at each other, all muddy, and laughs.

Dammnit. Every last drop of my Umi hatred disappeared at this point. I still really, really, REALLY dislike her in episode 10 and the beginning of episode 11 but I think Rui’s words really hit home. So go Umi and Tsukushi!

Awwwwwwwwwww. Bless. Its strange but all of Umi hatred just dissolved at this part. I mean I still really, really, REALLY dislike her in episode 10 and the beginning of 11 but I think Rui’s words really had an impact on her. Good Ole Rui! :D

AGHDGHGSDGFJAA; Kaede’s acceptance was just a awesome as the one in the Anime, where she was TOO much of a bitch at the end (even in the manga, it was kinda dissapointing…).
I like how the producers took that Tsukushi helping gramps thingy (when did that happen in the drama? …Can’t recall) and made it 834674676x more rewarding. In the manga it was sad because at that point Tsukushi was supposed to end up with Rui… but so glad she didn’t! I love Rui and all, but I find the pairing of him and Tsukushi boring and unable to hold a candle to DomyoujiMakino.
I loved how they took each scene from the end of the manga and made it 36476457465x better. I’m especially thankful that they didn’t include the four years thing, that was terribly dissappointed. Granted, my greedy little heart wanted a wedding and babies; but those will obviously come and thus I needn’t worry xD.
