How do I create a quote? Back to Top You can create an instant quote by adding products to your itinerary. In order to save your quote you would have to fill out a simple registration form to register. Quotes are really useful and help you plan your trip to Africa more efficiently.

Where would I find my quotes that I created? Back to Top By clicking on Your Itineraries located on the tab at the top of your page you will be able to access your quotes and bookings. A USERNAME & PASSWORD is required before accessing or creating quotes and bookings.

At what stage do I commit myself to a booking and payment and how do I know if I made a booking? Back to Top Once you select book it from the price table on the service or product you are booking you then have four stages left.
Last four stages before committing to a real-time booking are as follows:
Stage 1. Select requirements - You would select your date of travel.
Stage 2. Verify Your Itinerary - Will allow you to save your Itinerary as a quote or proceed to step 3. Stage 3. Your Details - Personal details will be asked for. Stage 4. Done! - You will receive notice to say that your booking has been received and is being processed.
We will at all times keep you well informed as to the status of your booking and payment.

Do you arrange flights as well? Back to Top When planning your trip ensure that your flight, which you can book with your local travel agent or Internet flight agent, corresponds with your departure dates. Should you wish to travel on one of our scheduled tours, it is important to again make sure that your flight dates corresponds with your departure dates.

Botswana and Tanzania will have full Internet access shortly. However Internet café ‘s are rare and can be found in some major shopping centers.

Tourists should not attempt to have there photo taken with any wild animal and should remain in there vehicles at all times when travelling through wild life parks and reserves. South Africa in particular is well geared to handle self drive trips with an excellent road network infrastructure, which allows for access to all major tourist areas. Vehicles hired are of a very high standard and good quality using world-renowned brand names.

Will we encounter wild life like lions on the roads? Back to Top Most wild life in almost all the East and Southern Africa countries are found only in the designated wild life reserves and sanctuaries. You would find lion and big game on the roads in these areas. You are not however bound to encounter any of the big five in any urban or rural area that is not a designated wild life reserve or park.

How do I make a reservation? Back to Top Booking a trip consists of three steps:
- Select requirements (Date of travel, number of people etc.)
- Verify you itinerary (You can add more services here)
- Book it or Ask our travel consultants to review it before booking it
When you book this trip your travel consultant will contact you to confirm your details and arrangements. If some of the services are “available on request”, we will confirm availability with the service providers, finalise your booking and contact you to discuss a suitable payment method.

When do I pay? Back to Top You only pay once your arrangements have been finalised prior to your departure date.
The price reflected on your booking is at the current rate of exchange. To secure the booking, full payment must be made. If a deposit is paid then the balance of payment will be at the exchange rate at that time.

What about cancellations? Back to Top Should you cancel a reservation, you will forfeit, or if payment has yet to be made, will be responsible for payment of:
- Cancellation more than 31 days prior to the Commencement Date – Deposit.
- Cancellation more than 22 days but less than 31 days prior to the Commencement Date – 25% of total cost.
- Cancellation more than 15 days but less than 21 days prior to the Commencement Date – 50% of total cost.
- Cancellation more than 8 days but less than 15 days prior to the Commencement Date – 75% of total cost.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the Commencement Date –100% of total cost.
