Bush: 'Unacceptable' bill threatens troops

President Bush today said that not having a war funding bill that he can sign will extend troops in Iraq and Afghanistan longer and cut back on training. "Congress says it supports the troops," Bush said, "now they need to show that support in deeds as well as words."
