Dr. Bill Yeary, along with his wife, Jennifer, has served in most areas of ministry including youth pastor, street evangelism, business administrator, senior pastor, and missionary. He has conducted missionary works in India, Russia, China, Mexico, and New York. He is a dynamic teacher and counselor with a heart to disciple people into the ministry. Bill and Jennifer have three children named Katelyn, Sarah, and James.

passion is healing, deliverance and destiny. She ministers with a gifting that
serves to equip the body of Christ to understand their identity in Christ and
then to see and receive their position and call. A practicing Faith-Based
Clinical Counselor, she holds a BA in Scriptural Psychology/Christian
Counseling, a diploma in Faith Based Counseling and Chaplaincy, and
certifications from several other counseling institutions. She also has a
pastor's heart for mentoring women and the youth in Kingdom work and knowledge
of the Lord. She specializes in severe trauma, grief/loss, sexual abuse,
cult/occult related matters and dissociative issues.
She holds Licensed Minister credentials from Life
Training Institute, New Life Church on the Rock and Glory Ministries.
Dr. Alvin Dillard currently serves as Pastor of Faith Community Church
and is the President of Building Stone Bible College in Killeen, TX. He began pastoral service in 1981 in Kansas. He attended Bay Ridge Christian College in Kendelton, Texas earning a Bachelors in Religious Education;
Houston Graduate School of Theology earning a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies and Christian Education; and he has an honorary Ph.D. in Christian Counseling and
Christian Education from Building Stone Bible College, which is an associate school of Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. He is co-founder of In His Steps, a
Faith Based Counseling and Restorative Therapy Center in Killeen and Belton, Texas. He has taught 6 years in Christian Schools and has served as a Principal in
Houston, TX. He holds a Professional teacher certification with the Association of Christian Schools International and is certified to provide CEUs through them.
He has also been on the faculty of Bay Ridge Christian College as an adjunct professor and served as the director of an off campus program sponsored by Mid America
Bible College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Rev. Charles R. Pederson is a retired laboratory technician from Texaco’s Port Arthur refinery. Charles has worked with people who struggle with substance
abuse problems since 1991 in treatment centers, halfway houses, outpatient facilities, churches, missions, and schools. He is presently serving on the Board
of Directors for the H.O.W. Center for recovering men and the Board of Directors
for the Jefferson County Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. He is currently
employed as a Certified Faith-Based Counselor with Compassion Christian
Counseling Clinic where he counsels people with substance abuse problems and
other issues. He is also serving as Community Outreach Coordinator for the
Clinic. He and his wife, Jean, reside in Nederland, Texas.
Rev. Lupe Gallardo is an Associate Pastor and Elder at Church On The Rock in San Antonio, Texas,
and the Director of the COTR Bible Institute. Lupe and his wife, Mary Helen, are also Directors over the Deliverance Ministry where they minister and teach in
the area of deliverance. After Lupe received his own deliverance in 1982, the Lord impressed upon him to “go and teach my people they do not have to be bound
by satan any longer." There were many times Lupe felt he had to literally run to keep up with what the Lord was teaching him. He feels one of the most important
things for Christians to learn is who they are in Christ and how our covenant with God really works. To date, there have been scores of lives changed by the
power of the Lord Jesus Christ through this ministry. Lupe also holds a Bachelor of Religious Arts in Biblical Studies. As Director of the COTR Bible Institute,
he teaches an associates and a bachelors program. In 2003, the Bible Institute graduated 77 from their associates program. Currently there are 65 students enrolled.
Dr. Bill Hutto is the Director of an IIFBC branch school and currently serves in many other ministries including Chaplin for J.A.I.L. Ministry and for Hospice. He has ministered on mission trips across Texas, as well as in Utah and Mexico. He holds a B.A. in Religion and Recreation from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and certifications from several counseling institutions. Bill and his wife Katherine have six children named Abigail, Rebekah, Susannah, Joshua, Caleb, and Seth.
Dr. Joel Victor Brown, Sr. has been preaching the ospel for over 25 years. He has served churches in Philadelphia, PA; Greensboro, NC; Summerville, GA , also Alabama and Louisiana, and is perpetually busy in revivals and church conferences throughout this nation. He is also active in civic and public affairs in the Golden Triangle area, and is a professional counselor, lending his expertise to many boards and organizations. He is married to Verlinda and they have two sons, Joel Jr. and Jarrick. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sammie Brown of Tifton Ga.
Pastor Charlie Nelson has served as director of counseling ministries and missions for ten years. The counseling center ministered with a powerful presence in the community with local missions ministries and a quickly growing foreign mission program. He is a Certified Mediator and a Board Certified Faith Based Clinical Counselor and Instructor with the International Institute of Faith Based Counseling..
Gregory Braggs, Sr. is President and Pastor of Silver Star
Missionary Baptist Church in Tutwiler, Mississippi. His wife, Bennie,
has served alongside him as Associate Pastor since 1999. Dr.
Braggs and Bennie hold Biblical and academic degrees from various
school and colleges in Mississippi. Dr. Braggs is also a
Professor of Biblical Studies at Exodus School of the Bible. Both have
received a Doctorate of Christian Counseling from Andersonville Baptist
Seminary and are Board Certified Faith Based Clinical Counselors with the
International Institute of Faith Based Counseling. Their ministries
include monthly Men and Women Fellowships, Marriage Seminars, Financial
counseling, HIV counseling and many, many more.
Rev. Dale Dailey has served in several churches as senior pastor. He is a Certified Faith-Based Clinical Counselor and loves to teach the Word of God. He is very compassionate about bringing healing and wellness to the Body of Christ. He is the Director of Compassion Christian Counseling in Woodlands, TX.
