Pennsylvania Rep. Saylor Opposes Gun Registration Bill

Rep. Stan Saylor (R-York) announced he opposes a controversial bill that would establish an annual $10 registration fee for most guns in Pennsylvania and said he would vote against the measure if it came before the House for a vote.
