The 2006-07 NBA season welcomes a new "Respect for the Game" rule with the intention of curttailing demonstrative reactions from players after calls are made by the referee. NBA.com sat down with Stu Jackson for a Q&A; to help fans better understand the rule change and the reasoning behind its implementation.
