The National Television Academy announced the nominees for the 32nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards on Wednesday, March 2 live on The Early Show from the Guiding Light studios in New York City. The Early Show anchor JULIE CHEN was on hand to cover the announcements, which included NBC’s MAURY POVICH (MAURY) and JUDI EVANS (Bonnie, DAYS), ABC’s CAMERON MATHISON (Ryan, AMC) - who was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor - and BREE WILLIAMSON (Jessica, OLTL) and CBS’s JON HENSLEY (Holden, ATWT) and CRYSTAL CHAPPELL (Olivia, GL), who received a nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress.

CBS garnered 47 nominations, with 13 for Guiding Light, 12 for The Young and the Restless, 11 for As the World Turns, 4 for The Bold and the Beautiful and 6 for The Price Is Right.
