Visit the Storting

Approximately 25 000 people visit the Storting and get guided tours each year. Most of the visitors are pupils and students. These types of tours are held every day when the Storting is gathered. The Storting is gathered from October 1 to medio June.

For group tour guides, please book in advance. Contact information is given below.

Summer tours
There are guided tours three times a day during summer, except Saturday and Sunday, from June 20 to September 2.
The tours start at the following hours:
10.00 am 11.30 am 1.00 pm
There is no need to book in advance. Public entrance: The back of the parliament building (Akersgata).

Saturday tours
Guided tours will be arranged every Saturday from 9 September to 9 December 2006 (except 1 October), from 6 January to 31 March and from 14 April to 9 June 2007 (except 26 May).
The tours start at the following hours:
10.00 am 11.30 am 1.00 pm
There is no need to book in advance. Public entrance: The back of the parliament building (Akersgata).

There is maximum of 30 people in each guided tour.
