SHE thought his serenity was refreshing. He thought her seriousness was stifling. When Amy, a 24-year-old editorial assistant, met up with Philip, a 28-year-old architect, at Tasca in the West Village, it should've been a clear omen when the only thing they saw eye-to-eye on was the fact that the waitresses were hot.
