Most NetID problems can be resolved without having to call the DoIT Help Desk. A series of NetID tools was created so that you can resolve your account issues quickly and easily.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the link above. You will be asked for your NetID, campus photo ID number, and birthdate. You will then need to answer your three self help password reset questions, before being allowed to reset your password. See NetID - Resetting a Forgotten Password for more information.
