There are two ways you can help:

1. Vote online - Even shareholders who receive paper copies of proxy materials may vote electronically by following the instructions on the proxy card or voting instruction form accompanying those materials.
   
   
2. Receive materials electronically - Sign up to receive future annual reports and proxy materials electronically instead of by mail.
