The 2007 TucsonFilm.com ShortFest schedule is set for Saturday, April 14 at the University of Arizona's Gallagher Theater (in the Student Union building). Thousands of dollars of prizes for filmgoers and filmmakers, the 2007 short film Oscar winner, a professional film seminar, and Star Trek's Andre Bormanis augment the hours of the most exciting short films from Arizona and around the globe.

Tickets for the entire event are only $10, available at the UA Gallagher box office starting at noon on the day of the event. Seating is limited, and filmgoers are encouraged to arrive early. Free parking is available at the Second Street garage, directly North of the Student Union building. (Take Speedway Blvd. to Mountain Ave., drive South to Second Street, turn left to the garage entrance. Walk South to the Student Union ground floor.)

Prizes will be awarded to filmgoers throughout the event. Filmmakers are especially encouraged to attend the 4PM professional film seminar, where a free 16mm motion picture film stock, processing and digital transfer package from Burbank's Pro 8mm will be given away. Other free film packages and prizes will also be awarded before the film screenings, and throughout the event.
