Egypt's super-heavyweight boxer Mohamed Aly has withdrawn from the Olympic final after failing a pre-fight medical.
Russian Alexander Povetkin was awarded the gold medal without fighting.
Aly produced one of the greatest upsets of the Olympic boxing semi-finals on Friday, outpointing Cuban Michel Lopez.
After winning a 18-16 decision, Aly became the first Egyptian to reach an Olympic boxing final.
Lopez was the only Cuban out of their eight boxers in semi-final action not to advance to the finals.
He and Roberto Cammarelle of Italy were both awarded bronze medals.
Meanwhile, Lopez's team-mate Yan Bhartelemy has won the light-flyweight (48kg) final, defeating Atagun Yalcinkaya of Turkey.
Sergey Kazakov of Russia and Zou Shiming of China both took bronze.
