George Lambert: Gallipoli and Palestine landscapes

On exhibition until 29 July 2007, then on tour. This exhibition traces Lambert's work through his first journey to Palestine and the Sinai in 1918 and the Australian Historical Mission to Gallipoli in 1919. It includes paintings described by Charles Bean as "brilliant little flashes, vivid with life".
