The centre was built in 1973 and has since been extended to provide a total gross lettable area of 54,587sqm of retail accommodation over two levels on a site comprising 13.8 hectares. The centre is tenanted by David Jones, Myer, Woolworths, Big W and 156 speciality tenants. Additional amenities include 3,305 undercover and open car spaces.

The trust invests in a single asset being the development of a new 'A' grade office tower in the government precinct of the Melbourne CBD, comprising 68,830 sqm of net lettable area. The development is due for completion in late 2005 and is largely pre-committed to the State Government on a long lease.
