Important Questions and Answers

1. Are Reservations Required?

No reservations are required on any of our scheduled cruises. We operate on a first come, first serve basis.


2. Do I need a ticket to board?

Yes, once you purchase a ticket you will receive a boarding pass that will be stamped with the date and the time of your cruise. Please give this to the captain upon boarding.


3. How long is the cruise?

Each cruise is 50 minutes in length and is fully narrated by our captain.


4. What will I see on my cruise?

Your cruise includes an opportunity to view the western portion of the Hamilton Harbour - a lush haven alive with nature, marinas and on-site attractions including the HMCS Haida.


5. How many can the boat hold?

The Hamiltonian can accommodate a maximum of 12 passengers on each cruise.


6. What happens if it rains?

Unfortunately we cannot operate the tours during rain, high winds or thunder and lightning.

If the weather looks unsettled please contact our office to confirm that the tours are operating on schedule.


7. Are there group rates?

Yes, there are group rates on groups of 10 people or more.
