   Does Hubbard College of Administration International have a degree program?
   Yes, we currently offer an Associate of Applied Science Degree of Management and Administration.
    
2. Is the Hubbard College of Administration International licensed?
   Yes the HCA International is fully licensed in the state of California.
    
3. Does Hubbard College of Administration International have an English as a Second Language (ESL) program?
   HCA International does not provide English as a Second Language programs. All courses are delivered in English.
