Blastoff to Springfield

Jeff Truit is leaving the Western Hockey League for Springfield. The 42-year-old was hired Wednesday by the Edmonton Oilers to serve as an assistant coach with the Springfield Falcons, their new AHL affiliate.

Hartsburg will return to coach Juniors

Hockey Canada isn't going to mess with success when it comes to the Canadian world junior team, announcing Tuesday that Craig Hartsburg will return as head coach at the 2008 championships.

Giants win Memorial Cup on home ice

Michal Repik's go-ahead goal at 15:05 of the third period lifted the Vancouver Giants to a 3-1 win over the Medicine Hat Tigers and a Memorial Cup title on Sunday.

2007 NHL Entry Draft

NHL Draft

The Chicago Blackhawks have the first pick in the NHL Entry Draft, with plenty of top prospects to choose from. Bob McKenzie's Top 60 Prospects will be unveiled on SportsCentre and TSN.ca tonight. The first round of the draft can be seen live on TSN and TSN Broadband on Friday at 7pm et/4pm pt.

After the draft, attention turns to free agent season with our NHL on TSN Free Agent Frenzy show, Sunday, July 1 at 11am et/8am pt.

America's Cup

The America's Cup is on TSN Broadband. Emirates Team New Zealand takes on cup holders Alinghi for the Auld Mug beginning Saturday.
