Hey folks,

Real quick--if you want to make tagfiles for LaTeX, may I suggest hdrtag? If you don't know what tagfiles are, check out "h tags" or vimtip #94. That tip suggests hdrtag too, but the download link is outdated, and I had quite the time tracking the thing down at:
