The UK�s first semi-offshore wind farm Blyth Harbour Wind Farm consists of 9 x 300 kilo Watt (kW) turbines erected along the East Pier at Blyth Harbour, Northumberland. With a maximum capacity of 2.7 Mega Watts (MW) it provides enough electricity for over 1,500 households.
