Fox Company Family and Friends,
Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all enjoyed some time
away from work and with your loved ones.
With the holiday season came several moves within the company;
1stSgt Archie is now with Weapons Company as is GySgt Schwindinger.
Welcome aboard to the following Marines; SSgt’s Leuvano
and Skelly, 2dLt’s Buckley, Calore, Dotto and Helminski.
There are several other Marines not mentioned that have joined
Fox Company from School of Infantry and other fleet units-welcome
aboard! We are building our numbers up again in preparation
for the deployment.
This month also marks the transition to theatre-specific training
that we must be ready for. As a company, we are right on track
with our training and meeting every goal set for us. You should
feel proud of your husbands; they are hard-working and pull
together as a team. I am fortunate to serve with your Marine.
I would like to get you all together sometime in February
(target date will follow later) and introduce myself as well
as tell you of upcoming dates and events that you and your
family can plan around. I will also introduce Mrs Skelly who
is my Key Wife liaison. She will assist both you and I on
getting information passed quickly and efficiently-especially
once we deploy. I believe that keeping you informed as much
as possible will help counter some of the uncertainty normally
associated with a deployment. I appreciate your continued
patience and support for your husband.
