Methamphetamine Cleanup Contractor Certification – As of June 27, 2007, the Superfund Branch of the Division of Waste Management will maintain a list of contractors certified to perform cleanup of methamphetamine contamination. Click here for additional information about the certification.

Hazardous waste regulations – Updates to the hazardous waste regulations were effective on June 13 upon adjournment of the legislature’s Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources. The effective regulations will be posted on the Hazardous Waste Branch Web page in August when the Legislative Research Commission provides a copy of the final regulations to the division.
